Calling us is the only way to make an appointment. Our patient relations staff is available 24/7/365. We will call or text you back (on a HIPAA-compliant text line) within an hour in most cases. If you call us between Midnight and 6 AM, we may not get back to you until after 8 AM.
2. Help is on the way!
We will meet you at your home or workplace to conduct a general history and physical exam and perform any necessary procedures at that time.
3. You will receive a link to pay your balance via text.
After your treatment, you will receive a text with a link to pay your balance. We only accept credit/debit cards for payment. Your card information will be kept safe with our secure payment system.
4. All prescriptions will be sent in electronically.
If you require a prescription to treat your condition, we will send that directly to your pharmacy electronically.
5. Orders for blood work or imaging will be provided.
If we determine that you need further testing, we will email those to you, or submit them electronically.
