We Take Medicare Part B!
Medicare Part B is what you use to go to your primary doctor.
To process your Medicare Part B insurance, we will need your Medicare ID Number and the “Coverage Starts” date from your Medicare ID Card.
Medicare will pay 80% of your claim. You are responsible for the remaining 20%, plus a $50 convenience fee that is required for us to see you.
If you have supplemental coverage (Medigap insurance), Medicare will automatically bill them for the 20% copay, however, you are responsible for all fees until we have been paid in full by Medicare and any supplemental insurance company.
If for any reason your claim is denied by Medicare or your supplemental insurance coverage, you will be responsible for the full amount of your visit.
